Enimeris is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist & Account Manager on behalf of a client. Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Design integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Developing a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of your clients
- Create strategy and content decks for campaigns and new business briefs, which clearly communicate ideas for clients and drive customer satisfaction in revenue-driven initiatives.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while ensuring timely campaign delivery through coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Setting a broad range of targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with the clients’ digital strategies
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate campaign progress, deliverables, and performance metrics to clients through regular updates and reports.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling services.
- Managing/controlling the resourcing and profitability of accounts while ensuring that clients are happy.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets, including content, visuals, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
3-5 years in marketing strategy, account management, or a related role. Agency experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a bonus.
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (Active listening).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media management, and content marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Mailchimp for website management and email marketing campaigns.
- Organizational and time Management skills.
- Skilled in managing multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work on fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of design software is considered a desirable asset.
- Experience with AI systems and tools.
